So, I thought that this post wouldn't happen until Jackson was at least six months old, but my baby got his first tooth this week! I was totally shocked when I saw it on Thursday. He has had several signs of teething lately, but I thought since he is only four months old that it wouldn't be teeth. At his doctor's appointment on Tuesday the doc even felt his gums and then said that he probably wouldn't be getting teeth for a couple of months. Then, on Thursday night he was screaming like he was in pain and every time I got near his mouth he freaked out. Finally, I was able to look at his gums and sure enough a little tooth has broken through! It is his bottom left tooth. I think that I am actually pretty lucky because he hasn't been as miserable as I have been told teething babies can be. He has been a little fussier than normal, but overall he has been great. I just can't believe how fast my baby is growing! It would be pretty much impossible to get a pic of the tooth, but if I ever get one I will post it!

That is so cute that he has his first tooth!! He is such a cutie! Now that Jackson has his first tooth don't you think it is time to have another one:) haha kidding!!
How exciting! It's kind of funny, but Derek had a lot more trouble and was "fussier" getting his big teeth when he was 7 than he was getting his baby teeth.
