I love Easter! It is such a fun holiday. It was fun teaching Jackson about the resurrection-he really seemed to understand this year. For the weekend we headed to Delta for the weekend. We went to the easter egg hunt in Hinckley in the morning. Jackson loved it! We were right by a ton of eggs, but when they said go he took off running for the opposite side! He got a whole bucket full of eggs and was pretty excited about it.
After the egg hunt we went to the Great Stone Face. The weather was really nice and we had a yummy lunch and had fun hiking.After lunch we had the annual softball game. I had fun being a cheerleader :) Alex loves playing and was pretty dang good this year. That night we headed back to Nephi.
Sunday morning we got up early before my dad had to go to work. Jackson got a new bike and was pretty excited about it! We went to my mom's ward and had a great meeting at church.
It was a fun, fun weekend. I am so grateful for the chance to focus more on the Savior and spend time with my amazing family.

He said, "Then what do you do with the eggs?" I told him you just eat them. He was pretty bummed that that was the extent of coloring eggs! |
