This is obviously really late! But, I thought I would still document our day of green! I actually forgot it was St. Patrick's Day until mid morning. I was planning on making green pancakes and coloring Jackson's milk green. So, we changed plans. Jackson helped me make green ham fried rice (I know, very Irish meal :) and green chocolate chip cookies. He thought it was pretty neat having green food! Green is probably his favorite color (he always picks green, no matter what he is choosing!) so he loved it!
